摘　　要：目的分析自愿无偿献血者发生献血不良反应的原因以及相应的预防处理措施。方法选取138例2017年1月至2018年6月在盐城中心血站东台采血点自愿无偿献血者,其中发生了献血不良反应的有50例,对50例献血者出现献血不良反应的原因进行分析,并提出了相应的预防处理措施。结果10例为中度以上。经过分析后发现,本组献血者发生献血不良反应的原因与其年龄、职业、献血次数、献血季节等因素有关。结论在对发生献血不良反应的原因进行分析时,要以献血者的心理因素为主导,加强对采血人员采血技术的培训以及对无偿献血知识的宣传,将献血不良反应的发生率降到最低。Objective To analyze the causes of adverse reactions of voluntary unpaid blood donors and the corresponding preventive measures.Methods A total of 50 cases of voluntary unpaid blood donors from June 2016 to June 2018 in dongtai blood collection point of yancheng central blood station were selected to analyze the causes of adverse reactions of blood donation among blood donors in this group,and give positive preventive measures.Results All the blood donors in this group had adverse reactions after blood donation,10 of them were moderate or above.After analysis,it was found that the causes of adverse reactions were related to age,occupation,blood donation environment and psychological factors.Conclusion In the analysis of the causes of adverse reactions to blood donation,it is necessary to take the psychological factors of blood donors as the leading factor,strengthen the training of blood collection personnel and the publicity of blood donation knowledge,so as to minimize the occurrence of adverse reactions to blood donation.
