颈椎骨折术后并发食管瘘患者的护理

摘　　要：颈椎骨折术后并发食管瘘在临床中较为少见,上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院于2015年发生1例,男性患者,59岁,入院后行“颈椎前路骨折切开复位内固定+植骨融合术”治疗,术后并发食管瘘,通过完善的护理干预,本例患者顺利好转康复。现就该例患者的生命体征的监测、创面护理、管道护理、营养支持、皮肤护理、心理护理及并发症的预防护理等一系列护理流程进行总结讨论。Complicated esophageal fistula after cervical fracture surgery is relatively rare in clinic.In 2015,a male patient,59 years old,who was admitted to our hospital,was treated with“open reduction and internal fixation of anterior cervical fractures and bone graft fusion”.This paper summarized and discussed a series of nursing procedures,including monitoring of vital signs,wound care,pipeline care,nutritional support,skin care,psychological care and prevention of complications.
