高职教育与区域产业转型升级协调性分析——基于新疆的实地调查

摘　　要：新疆在国家战略全局中具有特殊重要性,是“一带一路”核心区。“十三五”期间,新疆以创新驱动引领产业发展,强化需求导向,加快产业转型升级;高职教育应主动适应和引领区域经济发展新常态,深化专业建设与区域产业转型升级融合。基于高职教育与区域经济发展的协调性分析,专业结构与产业结构的协调性分析,提出了高职教育与区域产业转型升级协调发展的建议。Xinjiang is of special importance in the overall national strategy and is the core area of the“Belt and Road”.During the“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”period,Xinjiang will lead the industry development with innovation drive,strengthen demand orientation,and accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading.In this process higher vocational education should actively adapt to and lead the new normal of regional economic development,and deepen the integration of professional construction and regional industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the analysis of the coordination between higher vocational education and regional economic development,and the coordination between professional structure and industrial structure,the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of higher vocational education and regional industrial transformation and upgrading.
