摘 要:研究表明:习练健身气功对强身健体有着明显的作用。健身气功已成为健康中国建设中体育行动指南的重点扶持项目,其未来的发展需要努力实现“新四化”—以文化为根,完善信息化建设;以健康为魄,实现体育健康全覆盖,促进市场化发展;以人才建设为本,加快职业化教育;以“人类命运共同体”为髓,积极贡献“中国方案”,促进国际化发展,以此助力“健康中国战略”的实施与目标的最终实现。Researches show that exercising Qigong contributes evidently to sound health and fitness.Fitness Qigong has become one of the key projects supported by Guide on Physical Education of Healthy China.Its future development depends on“the Four New Realizations”:the realization of complete information construction,deeply rooted in culture;the realization of a whole coverage of physical education and fitness to promote marketoriented development,taking health as its soul;the realization of professionalized education,taking talent cultivation as its foundation;the realization of internationalized development with the contribution of“China’s schemes”,taking“the Community of Shared Future for Mankind”as its essence.All these efforts will prompt the implementation of“Healthy China Strategy”and the ultimate achievement of the goals.
