摘 要:为了提高装配式建筑围护结构的承载能力,需要进行结构低能耗设计,提出基于屈曲分析和承载应力评估的装配式建筑围护结构低能设计方法。根据装配式建筑围护结构的材料特性建立建筑结构力学承载模型,采用套筒灌浆连接和浆锚搭接连接方法进行装配式建筑围护结构的有效连接,分析装配式建筑围护结构的自振频率、振型和阻尼比等动力特性,根据结构的能耗特性确定维护结构模型的结构设计配筋比,采用屈曲分析方法进行能耗控制和承载应力评估,实现对装配式建筑围护结构低能耗优化设计。测试结果表明,设计的装配式建筑围护结构的能耗较低,强度较大,连接部位的强度和延性都较好。In order to improve the bearing capacity of the assembled building envelope structure, it is necessary todesign the structure with low energy consumption. A low energy design method for the assembled building envelopestructure based on buckling analysis and bearing stress assessment is proposed. According to the material charac-teristics of the assembled building envelope structure, the mechanical load bearing model of the building structureis established, and the effective connection of the assembled building envelope structure is carried out by means ofsleeve grouting connection and grouting anchor lap connection method. The dynamic characteristics such as natu-ral vibration frequency, mode shape and damping ratio of assembled building envelope structure are analyzed. Ac-cording to the energy consumption characteristics of the structure, the reinforcement ratio of the structural designfor maintaining the structural model is determined. The buckling analysis method is used to control the energy con-sumption and evaluate the bearing stress. To realize the low energy consumption optimization design of the assem-bled building envelope structure. The test results show that the energy consumption and strength of the assembledbuilding envelope structure are lower, and the strength and ductility of the connecting parts are better.
