摘　　要：围绕中央戏剧学院的历史传统,探索中戏在学科建制、专业建设和人才培养上的经验,全面梳理中央戏剧学院发展形成的教育优势与独特成就,从办学理念、专业建设发展、大戏剧观、精英人才培育的坚守、开放性的拓展和面向世界戏剧教育等多个角度总结优长,为戏剧影视类专业建设提供可资借鉴与学习的有效经验。Focusing on its historical tradition, this article explores the experiential practices of Central Academy of Drama in the establishment of disciplines, programs for different majors and the training of professional talents in all major areas. Besides, it sorts out and demonstrates the advantages and unique achievements in its educational activities formed in the development of the Central Academy of Drama comprehensively. In addition, it summarizes the privileges from the perspectives of its mission, the construction of programs in different major, its broader concept on theatre, the pursuit of excellence in talenttraining, its inclusiveness to diverse and the world theatre education, which will provide effective useful information for constructing programs and curricula in theatre, film and television studies.
