普瑞巴林在胸腔镜手术镇痛治疗中应用的研究

摘　　要：目的胸腔镜术后的镇痛治疗是患者快速康复的重要前提,普瑞巴林是一种新型神经痛治疗药物,本研究目的是观察胸腔镜术后应用普瑞巴林的镇痛效果,探析其对术后疼痛形成的影响。方法选取北京医院2015年10月至2017年1月67例全麻单操作孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分组为口服普瑞巴林的试验组和不加用普瑞巴林的对照组。术后随访入组患者,评估其急性和慢性疼痛的程度与性质。结果普瑞巴林能有效地减少胸腔镜手术患者术后急性与慢性疼痛的发生。Objective The effective analgesic treatment is very important for enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)of patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.Pregabalin is a new type of neuralgia drug and in this study,pregabalin was applicated in thoracoscopic surgery.The effectiveness in postoperative analgesic treatment of pregabalin was to be observed,and the effect of pregabalin on the formation of postoperative pain was to be explored.Methods A total of 67 patients of lung cancer,undergoing uniport thoracoscopic radical resection underwent general anesthesia from October 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into treatment group given oral administration of pregabalin,and control group without oral pregabalin.All patients were followed up to record the degree and the nature of postoperative acute pain and chronic pain.Results The scores of postoperative acute pain and chronic pain in treatment groups were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Oral administration of pregabalin in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative acute pain and chronic pain.
