壮医药线点灸疗法治疗褥疮的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察壮医药线点灸治疗治疗褥疮的临床疗效。方法选取南宁邕宁区中医医院30例Ⅲ期褥疮患者同通过随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各15例。治疗组采用壮医药线点灸治疗结合伤口换药,对照组只采用伤口换药。观察两组患者的痊显率及创面愈合时间判断壮医药线点灸疗法对褥疮的治疗作用。结果药线点灸治疗组疗效(痊愈12例,有效2例,无效1例)优于对照组(痊愈9例,有效4例,无效2例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮医药线点灸法治疗褥疮有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuangyao thread moxibustion in the treatment of bedsore.Methods A total of 30 patients with anning Yongning District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine stage III bedsore were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table,15 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Zhuangyao thread moxibustion combined with wound dressing change,while the control group was only treated with wound dressing change.Observe the cure rate and wound healing time of two groups of patients to judge the therapeutic effect of Zhuangyao thread point moxibustion therapy on bedsore.Results The curative effect of medicinal thread moxibustion treatment group(12 cases cured,2 cases effective and 1 case ineffective)was better than that of control group(9 cases cured,4 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuangyao thread moxibustion has a good clinical effect in treating bedsore.
