摘　　要：中医心系疾病包括多种心血管病,是严重危害人民身体健康的疾病。李七一教授长期从事中医临床治疗,在“胸痹、心悸、不寐”等多种中医病症的治疗过程中,熟练运用“预防为主、脏腑相关、虚实相兼”等诊疗理念,取得了良好的治疗效果,可有效缓解患者病痛,提高生活质量。本文对其治疗理念进行总结,分析其独到的用药体会。Heart diseases of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)include many kinds of cardiovascular diseases,which seriously endanger people's health.Professor LI Qiyi has been engaged in the clinical treatment of TCM for a long time,and skillfully applied the diagnostic and therapeutic concepts of"prevention first,viscera related,deficiency and reality,"during the treatment of various TCM diseases such as"chest arthralgia,palpitation and sleeplessness,"and achieved good therapeutic results.It can effectively relieve the patient's pain and improve the quality of life.In this paper,the concept of its treatment is summarized and its unique experience of drug use is analyzed.
