摘  要:目的探究快速减压法对桡动脉径路行冠状动脉造影术患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年6月广西河池市人民医院进行桡动脉径路行冠状动脉造影术的患者200例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组(各100例),两组患者术后均采用TR Band止血器,对照组采用每30分钟放气1次,而观察组采用每小时放气1次,比较两组患者的24 h内出血情况、局部并发症的发生率、舒适度以及住院满意度。结果观察组的术后渗血与血肿、局部并发症发生率低于对照组,且观察组的舒适度以及住院满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桡动脉径路行冠状动脉造影术中采用快速减压法能有效减少患者的术后出血以及局部并发症的发生,且能改善减轻患者的疼痛,提高住院满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rapid decompression on patients undergoing coronary artery angiography with radial artery approach.Methods Two hundreds of patients underwent coronary angiography through radial artery path from July 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases).Both groups adopted TR Band tourniquet after operation,the control group deflated every 30 min,while the observation group deflated 1 time per hour.The internal bleeding within 24 h,the incidence of local complications,comfort and satisfaction to the hospital were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative bleeding and hematoma as well as incidence of local complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the comfort level and hospitalization satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid decompression in radial arteriography can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding and local complications,improve pain and improve hospital satisfaction.
