摘 要:目的进一步提高铝合金构件的散热能力。方法采用冷喷涂技术在铝合金试件表面上制备了纯铜涂层。借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸试验、三点弯曲试验和激光闪射法等试验,研究铝合金表面铜涂层微观组织和性能,并探究热处理铜涂层组织形貌、抗弯强度以及导热系数的影响。结果铜涂层与铝合金基体形成了良好的结合,纯铜涂层导热系数能达到纯铜块材50%的水平。结论经过热处理,铜涂层内颗粒发生静态再结晶,部分晶粒细化。涂层的抗弯曲强度下降,导热系数上升。The paper aims to improve the heat dissipation capability of aluminum alloy component. Pure copper coatings were deposited by cold spray on aluminum alloy substrates. And subsequently optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, tensile test, three-point bending test and laser flash test were carried out for the coating, to study the coating’s microstructures and properties and investigate the effects of heat treatment on microstructure, bending strength and thermal conductivity of coatings. The results show that good bonding was achieved between the coating and the substrate. And the thermal conductivity of the coating can reach nearly half of pure copper bulk. After heat treatment, recrystallization occurs in the coating, and a part of grains are refined. The bending strength of the coating is decreased, and the thermal conductivity is increased.
