基于文献计量学的中医药治疗银屑病现状和研究热点聚类分析

摘　　要：目的了解中医药治疗银屑病的现状和研究热点,为后续相关研究提供参考依据。方法登录万方数据知识服务平台,检索策略:(主题:银屑病)并且(主题:"中医药治疗"或者"穴位"或者"按摩"或者"中医病机"或者"中草药"或者"中成药"或者"中西医结合"或者"针灸"或者"中医");精确匹配;学科分类:医药卫生;检索时间:2019年8月6日;除外会议论文、综述等;用书目信息共现分析系统2.0软件和图形聚类工具包(gCLUTO 1.0)进行分析。结果共纳入符合标准的期刊论文2 062篇,学位论文314篇。我国对于中医药治疗银屑病的研究尚处于起步阶段,初步形成了以《中国中西医结合皮肤性病学杂志》为代表的核心发文期刊,以首都医科大学附属北京中医医院、广东省中医院/广州中医药大学第二附属医院/广州中医药大学第二临床医学院等为代表的核心发文单位,以王萍(首都医科大学附属北京中医医院)等为代表的核心发文作者群体。该领域的年发文量逐渐增加,但是缺乏大样本、随机对照研究和长期随访类的文献报道。双向聚类分析结果显示在该领域目前有以下5个研究热点:根据临床特征选择中草药或针灸治疗、根据病因病机进行中医辨证和中西医结合治疗、血热型银屑病的光疗和药浴等、根据名医经验进行中药治疗及护理、银屑病中医治疗的理论研究和安全性评价。结论根据临床特征给予中草药或针灸治疗及根据病因病机进行中医辨证和中西医结合治疗是中医药治疗银屑病的研究热点,但是需要继续规范研究流程,切实提高研究质量。Objective In order to understand the current situation and research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of psoriasis,and provide reference for subsequent research. Methods Login to Wanfang data knowledge service platform. Search strategy:(topic:psoriasis) and(topic: " traditional Chinese medicine treatment" or "acupoint" or "massage" or " traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis" or "Chinese herbal medicine" or "Chinese patent medicine" or "integrated Chinese and Western medicine" or "acupuncture" or " traditional Chinese medicine";exact matching. Subject classification:medical and health. Search time:August 6,2019. Exclude conference papers,reviews,etc. The bibliographic information co-occurrence analysis system 2.0 software and graphical clustering toolkit(gCLUTO 1.0) were used for analysis.Results A total of 2 062 journals articles and 314 dissertations were included. China’s research on the treatment of psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine was still in its infancy,and a core journal represented by the journal of "Chinese Journal of Dermatolvenereology of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine" had been formed. The core publish unit represented by Beijing Chinese medicine hospital affiliated to capital medical university,Guangdong provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine/secondary affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine/second clinical medical college of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine,etc. The core author represented by Wang Ping(Beijing Chinese medicine hospital affiliated to capital medical university). The number of annual publications in this field was gradually increasing,but there was a lack of research reports based on large samples,randomized controlled studies,and long-term follow-up. The results of bidirectional cluster analysis show that there were currently five research hotspots in this field:selecting Chinese herbal medicine or acupuncture treatment according to clinical characteristics,Traditi
