面部滚针提高氨甲环酸外敷治疗黄褐斑的疗效临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察面部滚针提高氨甲环酸外敷治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效、安全性、不良反应及相关的处置措施。方法本次研究将符合黄褐斑诊断的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组予以每2周1次滚针疗法,及隔天1次氨甲环酸外敷,对照组仅予以隔天1次氨甲环酸外敷,共治疗12周,分别于治疗前和治疗12周后进行观察评估。结果经统计学分析示治疗组的有效率为87.18%,对照组的有效率为64.1%,经治疗后2组患者面部皮损的严重程度均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。并且治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次研究发现滚针能显著提高氨甲环酸外敷的临床疗效,同时有安全性强、操作方便、减轻患者经济负担等优势,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective In order to observe the clinical efficacy,safety,adverse reactions and related treating measure of melasma treated with external application of tranexamic acid and rolling needle on face. Methods In this study,patients with melasma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with rolling needle therapy fortnightly,tranexamic acid was applied every other day. The control group was treated with tranexamic acid only every other day. A total of 12 weeks was a treatment course. The clinical effects were observed and evaluated before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment respectively. Results Statistical analysis showed that the effective rate was 87.18% in the treatment group and 64.1% in the control group. After treatment,the severity of facial lesions in both two groups was significantly improved(P<0.01). And the treatment effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The present research has found out that needle rolling can significantly increase the clinical efficacy of tranexamic acid topical application. The combination of the two methods has the advantages of strong safe-ty,easy operation and reducing the economic burden of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
