慢性荨麻疹患者甲状腺功能状况与CD4^+CD25^+T细胞水平关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性荨麻疹(CU)发病与甲状腺功能及CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞水平之间的关系。方法采用化学发光法分别检测CU患者和健康对照组血清中甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)水平,流式细胞仪测定2组受试者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+T细胞的表达水平,并观察其与CU发病的相关性。结果CU患者血清中TGAb阳性率15%、TGAb和/或TPOAb阳性率25%均分别高于健康对照组的2%和10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与健康对照组比较,CU患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+T细胞表达水平显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性荨麻疹患者存在甲状腺功能异常与细胞免疫功能异常,三者之间可能存在一定的相关性。Objective In order to investigate the correlation between the incidence of chronic urticaria(CU) and thyroid function and the level of CD4^+CD25^+T cells. Methods Chemiluminescence was applied to test the serum levels of TPOAb and TGAb from CU patients and health controls. At the same time,the CD4^+CD25^+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood were examined and compared. Results The positive rates of TGAb and TPOAb and/or TGAb in the serum of patients with CU were significantly higher than those of the healthy controls(P<0.05). The level of CD4^+CD25^+T cells in peripheral blood of patients in case group was higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between patients with CU with abnormal thyroidfunction and cellular immune function abnormalities.
