Cook球囊引产与欣普贝生引产效果临床比较

摘　　要：目的 探究孕妇以Cook球囊引产与欣普贝生引产效果的差异性。方法 该次研究方便选取2017年3月-2018年12月该院收治的孕妇98例,参照计算机随机抽选结果将患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组采取欣普贝生引产,观察组采取Cook球囊引产,对比孕妇引产效果,记录并分析孕妇治疗前后Bishop评分、总产程时间、产后出血量、新生儿1 min Apgar评分差异,计算孕妇出现不良反应的概率。结果 观察组有效率93.88%与对照组91.84%比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.15,P>0.05);观察组总产程(9.17±0.24)h及治疗后的Bishop评分(7.82±1.25)分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.36、0.04,P>0.05)。观察组产后出血量(330.31±11.24)mL、新生儿Apgar评分(9.98±0.01)分优于对照组(t=4.89、3.93,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.12%明显低于对照组(χ^2=5.33,P<0.05)。结论 尽管Cook球囊及欣普贝生均具有良好引产效果,但孕妇以Cook球囊引产安全性更好,产后出血量、并发症概率均较低,值得广泛应用。Objective To investigate the difference between the induction of labor in pregnant women and the induction of labor by Xinpubeisheng.Methods The aim of this study was to treat 98 pregnant women in the hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were convenient selected.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the results of random sampling.The control group was induced by Xinpubeisheng.The observation group took the Cob balloon to induce labor,compared the effect of induction of labor in pregnant women,recorded and analyzed the difference of Bishop score,total labor time,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal 1 minute Apgar score before and after treatment,and calculated the probability of adverse reactions in pregnant women.Results The effective rate of observation group was 93.88%compared with 91.84%of control group(χ^2=0.15,P>0.05).The total labor course of the observation group(9.17±0.24)h and the Bishop score after treatment(7.82±1.25)points and control The difference in group comparison was not significant(t=0.36,0.04,P>0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage(330.31±11.24)mL and neonatal Apgar score(9.98±0.01)points in the observation group were better than those in the control group(t=4.89,3.93,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.12%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=5.33,P<0.05).Conclusion Although both Cook balloon and xinpubeisheng have good induction effect,pregnant women with Cob balloon induction of safety are better,postpartum hemorrhage and complications are low,which is worthy of wide application.
