个案针对性护理模式对精神分裂症患者自知力及生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究个案针对性护理模式对精神分裂症患者自知力及生命质量的影响。方法 方便选取2017年1月-2018年12月于该院进行治疗的精神分裂症患者100例。采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,分别予以常规护理模式和个案针对性护理模式进行护理。对两组患者自知力、生命质量进行统计比较。结果 护理后,观察组患者ITAQ量表评分(11.2±2.0)分明显高于对照组(8.1±1.6)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.560,P=0.000);护理后,两组患者SQLS生活质量评分均有所下降。观察组心理社会(35.2±6.6)分、精力与动力(41.6±4.6分)、症状与不良反应(25.6±3.0)分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.050,P=0.000;t=12.920,P=0.000;t=8.360,P=0.000)。结论 对精神分裂症患者应用个案针对性护理模式,可有效改善其自知力和对治疗的依从性,提高患者生活质量以及治疗效果,值得临床进一步应用推广。Objective To study the effect of case-specific nursing model on the self-knowledge and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were conveniently selected into the study.The random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,and were treated with routine nursing mode and case-specific nursing mode.Statistical comparisons were made between the two groups of patients'self-knowledge and quality of life.Results After nursing,the ITAQ scale score(11.2±2.0)points was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(8.1±1.6)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=8.560,P=0.000).After nursing,the two groups of patients'SQLS quality of life scores have declined.The psychosocial(35.2±6.6)points,energy and motivation(41.6±4.6)points,symptoms and side effects(25.6±3.0)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.050,P=0.000;t=12.920,P=0.000;t=8.360,P=0.000).Conclusion The application of case-specific nursing mode to patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve their self-knowledge and compliance with treatment,improve their quality of life and therapeutic effect,and it is worthy of further clinical application.
