摘　　要：随着我国社会的老年化、生活方式的改变,慢性肾衰竭(CRF)已成为影响人们生存安全疾病威胁因素之一。慢性肾衰竭是一种不可逆性、进展性、病情迁延的肾脏功能损害复杂性疾病,给患者的身体、心理、家庭经济负担等方面带来了严重的影响,固采取高效的护理干预方式、提供优质的护理服务,对延长慢性肾衰竭患者的寿命,预防并发症、提高生存质量及减轻家庭社会负担极为关键。国内外对慢性肾衰竭患者护理干预研究甚多,该文就慢性肾衰竭患者护理干预研究现状及研究中存在的问题进行综述,以便广大医务护理工作者对慢性肾衰竭疾病的研究。With the aging and lifestyle changes in our society, chronic renal failure(CRF) has become one of the threat factors affecting people’s survival and safety. Chronic renal failure is an irreversible, progressive, and prolonged complex disease of kidney function damage, which has a serious impact on the physical, psychological, and family financial burdens of patients, and adopts an effective nursing intervention method. Quality care services are critical to prolonging the lifespan of patients with chronic renal failure, preventing complications, improving quality of life and reducing the burden on families. There are many researches on the nursing intervention of patients with chronic renal failure at home and abroad. This paper reviews the current status of nursing intervention research in patients with chronic renal failure and the problems existing in the research, so that the majority of medical care workers can study chronic kidney failure diseases.
