摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA管理工具在神经外科静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)防护中的应用效果。方法按照PDCA循环程序,制定神经外科静脉血栓栓塞症VTE风险评估模型、信息化上报系统、VTE危险分层预防策略、多元化健康教育和VTE综合防护方案。对实施前后VTE评估率、VTE预防覆盖率、患者健康教育落实率、VTE发生率进行调查、统计分析。结果实施PDCA循环后,神经外科VTE评估率、VTE预防覆盖率及患者健康教育落实率均提高;VTE发生率与实施前比较,差异无统计学意义。结论应用PDCA循环能有效的提升神经外科VTE防护质量。Objective To explore the effect of applying plan-do-check-act(PDCA)management tools in preventing venous thromboembolism(VTE)in the neurosurgery department.Methods The VTE risk assessment model,information reporting system,graded preventive strategy,diversified health education and VTE comprehensive protective program were established according to the PDCA management tool.The VTE assessment rate,VTE preventive rate and VTE incidence rate before and after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,significant improvement was observed in the VTE assessment,prevention and health education rate,but not in the VTE incidence.Conclusion The application of the PDCA cycle can effectively promote the VTE prevention.
