床旁超声引导外周静脉穿刺在ICU静脉穿刺困难患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究床旁超声引导外周静脉穿刺在ICU静脉穿刺困难患者的应用效果。方法选取2018年6-9月我院ICU外周静脉穿刺困难的患者60例,将患者按照床号的奇偶数分为对照组和观察组,观察组36例,对照组24例。观察组采用床旁超声引导外周静脉穿刺法;对照组采用传统盲穿法。结果观察组首次穿刺成功率高于对照组(χ^2=7.656,P=0.006)、疼痛评分低于对照组(t=4.989,P<0.001)。结论床旁超声引导外周静脉穿刺提升了ICU静脉穿刺患者首次穿刺成功率,减轻了穿刺疼痛程度。Objective To study the effect of applying bedside ultrasound-guided peripheral venipuncture of ICU patients.Methods Totally 60 ICU patients difficult to implement peripheral venipuncture and admitted between June and September 2018 were selected.According to the odd and even number of their bed numbers,they were randomly divided into a control group(n=36)and an observation group(n=24).The observation group was guided by bedside ultrasound,while the control group was treated with traditional freehand cannulation.Results The one-time success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^2=7.656,P=0.006),while the pain score of the former was significantly lower than the latter(t=4.989,P<0.001).Conclusion The bedside ultrasound-guided peripheral venipuncture is superior to the traditional freehand cannulation in promoting the one-time success rate and relieving pain.
