摘　　要：城乡建设高质量是新时代江苏经济社会发展的必然选择。文章提出以设计为源头,突出设计的先导作用,推动设计、建造和组织管理“三位一体”的转型发展,实现以一流设计引领一流建设,推动江苏城乡建设迈向高质量发展。High-quality development of urban-rural construction is an inevitable choice for economic and social development of Jiangsu Province in new era.The gist of the paper is promoting transformation and development in trinity fields,including design,construction and organization management and emphasizes the guide role of design in the high-quality development of Jiangsu urban-rural construction.
