摘  要:墙体抹灰阶段的质量通病主要是空鼓、开裂等问题,可以通过抹灰面层压入玻纤网来控制开裂现象,抹灰层空鼓问题是目前住宅类项目的业主、物业、施工各方最为关注的问题,也是使用水泥砂浆抹灰无法完全杜绝的难题,文章从为了实现降低空鼓率的目的出发,结合现场实际以及气候特点,应用基层拍浆工艺原理,通过粉刷各个阶段的质量控制措施,达到了降低粉刷空鼓率的目标,为了使得效果可控、真实,在项目全面推广,综合全项目数据,总结了“基层拍浆工艺,对降低抹灰层空鼓的效果良好”的结论。The common quality problems in the wall plastering stage are mainly hollow drums,cracking and so on,the cracking phenomenon can be controlled by laminating the plaster surface into the glass fiber mesh,the problem of the plastering layer is the current owner of the residential project,the most concerned issues of the property and construction parties are also the problems that can not be completely eliminated by the use of cement mortar.In order to achieve the goal of reducing the empty drum rate,this paper combines the actual conditions of the site with the local climate characteristics,applying the principle of the base layer pulverization process.Through the quality control measures at various stages of painting,the goal of reducing the emptying rate of the brushing was achieved.In order to make the effect controllable and real,the project was comprehensively promoted,and the whole project data was comprehensively summarized,summarizing the“basic layering process,reducing the plastering layer”.The conclusion that the effect of the empty drum is good.
