摘　　要：目的 探究微创针刀镜对膝关节痛风性关节炎的治疗效果。方法 选取绵阳市三台县中医院治疗膝关节痛风性关节炎的80例患者,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组。对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛评分与膝关节功能评分。结果 研究组临床总有效率为90%,高于对照组(70%,P <0.05)。研究组疼痛评分低于对照组,膝关节功能评分高优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 微创针刀镜对膝关节痛风性关节炎有显著治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive acupotomicroscopy on gout arthritis of the knee.Methods Eighty patients with gout arthritis of the knee in our hospital were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,pain score and knee function score of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical efficiency of the study group was 90%,which was higher than that of the control group(70%,P<0.05).The pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the knee function score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive acupotomicroscopy has a significant therapeutic effect on gout arthritis of the knee.
