摘　　要：目的 观察手术内固定治疗老年肱骨远端骨折患者的临床效果。方法 选取2015年6月至2018年6月北京市房山区良乡医院收治的115例肱骨远端骨折老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(56例)和实验组(59例)。对照组采用钢板螺钉内固定治疗,实验组应用锁定加压钢板手术内固定进行治疗。记录两组患者在治疗后的指标改善状况,评价两种方案的治疗效果。结果 实验结果显示,实验组患者的骨骼愈合时间为(12.91±1.82)周,明显短于对照组[(17.43±1.90)周,P <0.05],并且实验组患者的疼痛消失时间和消肿时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 将锁定加压钢板手术内固定应用于治疗肱骨远端骨折老年患者的病症中,有利于缩短患者的骨骼愈合时间,提高恢复效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation in elderly patients with distal humeral fracture.Methods From June 2015 to June 2018,115 elderly patients with distal humeral fractures were randomly divided into control group(56 cases)and experimental group(59 cases).The control group were treated with plate and screw internal fixation,and the experimental group were treated with locking compression plate internal fixation.The indexes of the two groups were recorded and the status was improved.The therapeutic effect of the two schemes was evaluated.Results The experimental results showed that the bone healing time of the patients in the experimental group was 12.91±1.82 weeks,significantly shorter than that in the control group(17.43±1.90 weeks,P<0.05),and the time of pain disappearance and detumescence in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of senile patients with distal humeral fracture could shorten the bone time of the patients and improve the recovery effect.
