腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察并分析胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者联合应用腹腔镜与胆道镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2016年3月至2018年5月南京中医药大学附属南京市中西医结合医院收治的52例胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者,随机分为两组,各26例。对照组行传统开腹术治疗,观察组联合应用腹腔镜与胆道镜手术。对比并评价不同手术的临床疗效。结果 两组患者的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者的术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院天数以及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对于胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者,通过采取腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术治疗,可获得较为理想的效果,且术后并发症少,安全可靠。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of combined laparoscopic and choledochoscopic surgery in patients with gallbladder polyps and gallstones.Methods Fifty-two patients with gallbladder polyps and gallstones were included and randomly divided into two groups,26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopy and choledochoscopy.The clinical effects of different operations were compared.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The bleeding volume,anal exhaust time,hospitalization days and complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gallbladder polyps and gallstones,laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopic surgery can achieve ideal results,with fewer complications,safety and reliability.
