阳和汤治疗类风湿性关节炎伴骨关节损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察阳和汤在类风湿性关节炎伴骨关节损伤中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年7月至2018年4月云南省个旧市中医医院接诊的68例类风湿性关节炎伴骨关节损伤患者为研究对象,采用电脑随机双盲法分成实验组和对照组,各34例。所有患者均实行常规西医治疗,实验组加用阳和汤加减疗法。分析两组病情的缓解情况,比较关节液炎症指标和相关实验室指标。结果 实验组的临床总有效率为94.12%,显著高于对照组(76.47%,P <0.05);实验组各项指标均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 采取阳和汤加减疗法对类风湿性关节炎伴骨关节损伤患者进行辅助治疗,可显著降低其炎症指标,提高病情控制效果,促进相关实验室指标改善,建议采纳。Objective To study the application effect of Yanghe Decoction in rheumatoid arthritis with bone and joint injury.Methods A total of 68 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients with bone joint injuries received in our hospital from July 2016 to April 2018 were studied.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Yanghe Decoction.The remission of the two groups was analyzed,and the indexes of articular fluid inflammation and related laboratory indexes were compared.Results The total clinical efficiency of the experimental group was 94.12%,significantly higher than that of the control group(76.47%,P<0.05).The indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanghe Decoction therapy can significantly reduce the inflammatory index,improve the control effect of the disease,promote the improvement of relevant laboratory indexes.
