“双一流”建设背景下的高校图书馆情报服务探讨

摘　　要：文章分析了高校图书馆情报服务的现状,并结合网络调研和工作实践,提出行为数据型、文献计量型、内容深化型、综合拓展型等4类高校图书馆情报服务体系,以及加强组织机制建设和情报人才队伍支撑、强化情报源及分析工具基础保障等促进情报服务体系实现的举措,以期为高校图书馆助力于学校“双一流”建设提供参考。From the perspective of intelligence connotations,this paper illustrates the relationship between university library functions and intelligence services,and analyzes the status that intelligence services provided by university libraries differ considerably in quality while demands of such services are increasing day by day.In combination of network survey as well as the author's own practice,this paper proposes that intelligence services of university libraries can be categorized into four types,namely behavioral data service,bibliometrics service,content-digging service,and comprehensive service.Finally,some measures are put forward in order to accelerate the realization of intelligence service systems,such as strengthening the establishment of organizational mechanism and building of an intelligence talents team,and enhancing the guarantee of intelligence sources and analysis tools,aiming to provide reference for university libraries to assist the construction of“Double first-class”universities.
