摘　　要：加强地方高校开放实验室建设与管理是培养适应时代发展的高素质人才的重要手段和途径。本文提出从开放管理理念、改善地方高校开放实验室的硬件条件、加强实验室队伍建设、实施网络信息化管理等方面改进地方高校开放实验室建设与管理思路。Strengthening the construction and management of open laboratories in local colleges and universities is an important means and way to cultivate high quality talents to adapt to the current development.This paper puts forward the idea of improving the construction and management of open laboratories in local colleges and universities from the aspects of opening management concept,improving the hardware conditions of laboratories,strengthening the construction of laboratory teams,and implementing network information management.
