摘 要:“液压与气压传动”课程是机械类、机电类、航天航空类、船舶类、轨道交通类等专业的必修课程,但目前的“液压传动与气动技术”课程教学还存在很多问题,如:教学理念落后,教学模式单一,课程体系不健全,岗位工作任务无法与课程内容进行有效融合,实训设施与实习场地严重不足,课时不够,课堂上没有足够的互动时间,师资力量薄弱,两三名教师每学期要对上千名学生进行授课,校企合作资源匮乏,学生对行业需求与认知感到茫然,学生的职业意识弱,创新实践能力不强。介绍了SPOC在“液压传动与气动技术”课程中的应用。可以学习在线课程、完成习题,由教师对线上线下课堂进行答疑,并定期组织阶段性考试和教学竞赛。以图片、音频、视频、动画等动态和静态相结合的课件,能够将“液压传动与气动技术”课程的基础理论、职业技能、工艺要点、行业经验等优质学习资源传授给学生。实现了点对点教学,结合翻转课堂能促使学生向探究式、参与式等多元化自主协同学习方式转变。利用3D和VR技术对阀体部件拆装、液压回路拆装等内容进行详细讲解,加深学生对知识的理解,提高学生的动手能力,以解决实验设施、实训场地不够等问题。“Hydraulic drive and pneumatic technology”course is a compulsory course for mechanical,mechanical and electrical,aerospace,shipping,rail transit and other specialties,but there are still many problems in its current teaching,such as backward teaching concept,single teaching mode,and imperfect curriculum system.Work tasks can not be effectively integrated with curriculum content,training facilities and practice venues are seriously inadequate,class hours are insufficient,classroom interaction time is insufficient,teachers are weak,two or three teachers are required to teach thousands of students every semester,school-enterprise cooperation resources are scarce,students feel the needs and perceptions of the industry.Students’professional awareness is weak,and their ability to innovate and practice is not strong.It introduces the application of SPOC in the course of“hydraulic drive and pneumatic technology”.It can learn online courses,complete exercises,answer questions in online and offline classes,and organize periodic examinations and teaching competitions.The courseware,which combines dynamic and static information such as pictures,audio,video and animation,can teach students basic theory,vocational skills,key points of technology,industry experience and other high-quality learning resources.It realizes point-to-point teaching,and combines flipped classroom to promote students to change to multi-dimensional self-learning mode of inquiry,participation and so on.Using 3D and VR technology to explain valve body parts disassembly and assembly,hydraulic circuit disassembly and assembly in detail,deepen students’understanding of knowledge,improve their practical ability,so as to solve problems of insufficient experimental facilities and training sites.
