摘  要:对中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的一般表现和差异化进行了分析,从情绪、行为和生理上看,职业倦怠一般表现为工作热情低落和工作成就感不高,从性别、年龄差异、馆龄上看,也具有明显差异性。阐述了中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的影响因素,表现在角色认同感差,工作内容枯燥,工作环境较差,不认同自己的角色,在工作中带有抵触情绪。图书馆员在社会及学校中处于弱势地位,严重挫伤了中小学图书馆员的工作积极性。提出了中小学图书馆员职业倦怠的管理对策,即重注心理调节,加强图书馆员职业认同。社会及学校要保证公平、体现人文关怀,在政策上给予图书馆一定的优惠和福利。以期帮助中小学图书馆员走出职业倦怠的困扰,在图书馆工作中实现自己的人生价值。The general manifestations and differences of job burnout of primary and secondary school librarians are analyzed.From the emotional,behavioral and physiological point of view,job burnout is generally manifested by low work enthusiasm and low sense of work achievement.There are also obvious differences in gender,age and library age.It expounds the influencing factors of job burnout of primary and secondary school librarians,which are manifested in poor role identity,dull work content,poor working environment,not identifying with their roles,and conflicting feelings in their work.Librarians are in a disadvantaged position in society and schools,seriously damaging the enthusiasm of primary and secondary school librarians.It puts forward the management countermeasures of librarians’job burnout in primary and secondary schools,that is,paying attention to psychological adjustment and strengthening librarians’professional identity.Society and schools should ensure fairness,embody humanistic care,and give libraries certain preferential and welfare policies,so as to help primary and secondary school librarians get out of the trouble of job burnout and realize their life value in library work.
