摘　　要：目的探讨月经期第二代头孢菌素与甲硝唑联用并结合非月经期理疗治疗妇科盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年9月陵水黎族自治县人民医院88例妇科盆腔炎性疾病患者作为研究对象。随机数字表分为月经期组和月经期+非月经期组,每组44例。月经期组采取月经期第二代头孢菌素头孢呋辛酯分散片联合甲硝唑治疗,月经期+非月经期组则采取月经期第二代头孢菌素头孢呋辛酯分散片联合甲硝唑加上非月经期理疗治疗。比较月经期组、月经期+非月经期组效果;症状改善时间、实验室指标恢复正常值时间;治疗前后患者炎症敏感监测值;副反应。结果月经期+非月经期组效果、症状改善时间、实验室指标恢复正常值时间、炎症敏感监测值相比较月经期组更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。副反应月经期+非月经期组与月经期组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论月经期第二代头孢菌素与甲硝唑联用并结合非月经期理疗治疗妇科盆腔炎性疾病的效果理想。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the second generation cephalosporin and metronidazole combined with non-menstrual physiotherapy in the treatment of gynecological pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods 88 patients with pelvic inflammatory diseases were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 and were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The menstrual group was treated with the second generation cephalosporin cefuroxime dispersible tablets combined with metronidazole.The second generation cephalosporin cefuroxime dispersible tablets combined with metronidazole plus non-menstrual physiotherapy were used in the menstrual and non-menstrual group.The results were compared between the menstrual group and the menstrual and non-menstrual group,including the time for symptom improved,the time for laboratory indexes returned to normal,the monitoring value of inflammation sensitivity before and after treatment and the side effects.Results The effect,the time for symptom improved,the time for laboratory indexes returned to normal,the monitoring value of inflammation sensitivity before and after treatment in the menstrual and non-menstrual group were better than those in menstrual group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The effect of the second generation cephalosporin combined with metronidazole plus non-menstrual physiotherapy on gynecologic pelvic inflammatory disease is ideal.
