摘　　要：本文通过总结世界成熟风险资本市场的成功经验,对中国创业板制度创新提出了以下几点建议:构建不同风险层次的市场、逐步实现注册制、控制优化投资者结构、实行混合交易制度、完善市场监管体系。By summarizing the successful experience of the world’s mature venture capital market,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the innovation of China’s GEM system:constructing the market with different risk levels,gradually implementing the registration system,controlling and optimizing the investor structure,implementing the mixed trading system,and perfecting the market supervision system.
