摘　　要：目的分析锁定钢板内固定在治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折中的疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2019年1月德州市陵城区人民医院收诊的110例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者,并按照就诊顺序将其分成对照组和研究组,每组55例,对照组行普通解剖钢板内固定术,研究组行锁定钢板内固定术,对比两组患者的术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及完全负重时间、膝关节功能、并发症发生率。结果研究组术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及完全负重时间显著少于对照组,膝关节功能优良率高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折,疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective To analyze the effect of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 110 patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the order of treatment,55 cases per group.The control group underwent general anatomical plate internal fixation.The study group underwent locking plate internal fixation.The intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time,total weight-bearing time,knee function,and complication incidence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and total weight-bearing time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the excellent rate of knee function was higher than that of the control group,and the complication incidence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures was effective,safe and reliable.
