摘　　要：目的观察中医综合疗法治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效。方法选取2017年7月至2018年12月吉林省中医药科学院第一临床医院老年病科、长春市中医院老年病科、珲春市中医院老年病科收治的270例阿尔茨海默病患者,随机均分为A、B、C组。A组给予常规治疗+口服盐酸多奈哌齐,B组在A组治疗基础上,加用辨证口服中药治疗,C组在B组治疗基础上加针刺治疗。比较三组治疗前后阿尔茨海默病证候要素量表(AD-PES-11)、总体印象变化量表(CIBIC-plus)及简易精神状态检查(MMSE)评分。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后C组AD-PES-11及CIBIC-plus评分明显降低,MMSE评分明显增高,且治疗第12周后,C组各量表评分均明显优于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合方案治疗阿尔茨海默病临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive Chinese medicine(CM)therapy in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 270 patients admitted to Department of Geriatrics in the First Clinical Hospital,Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and Hunchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July,2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C.Patients in group A received routine treatment and oral donepezil,patients in group B received oral CM decoction according to syndrome differentiation based on group A,and patients in group C received acupuncture based on group B.The scores of Alzheimer's Syndrome Syndrome Scale(ADPES-11),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and General Impression Change Scale(CIBIC-plus)in the three groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of AD-PES-11 and CIBIC-plus in group C were decreased after treatment,and the MMSE score was increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12-week treatment,the scores of the three scales in Group C were superior to group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The CM comprehensive therapy was effective on treating patients with Alzheimer's disease and worthy of further promotion and application.
