摘 要:目的探究饮食与康复训练干预在内镜下肠息肉手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2018年4月收治的内镜下肠息肉手术患者186例,随机平均分为两组,对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予饮食与康复训练干预。对比两组干预前后并发症发生率及负性情绪变化。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论饮食与康复训练干预应用于内镜下肠息肉手术患者中,可显著减少并发症的发生,缓解其负性情绪。Objective To explore the effect of diet and rehabilitation training intervention on patients undergoing endoscopic polypectomy.Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients who underwent endoscopic polyp surgery from June 2015 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was given diet and rehabilitation training intervention.The incidence of complications and negative emotional changes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet and rehabilitation training intervention can reduce complications and alleviate negative emotion in patients with endoscopic intestinal polyps.
