厚朴三物汤治疗气机壅滞型不完全肠梗阻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察厚朴三物汤在气机壅滞型不完全肠梗阻患者中的作用。方法选取北京市昌平区中医医院收治的气机型壅滞不完全肠梗阻混患者85例,随机分为对照组(42例)和联合组(43例)。对照组予常规西医治疗,联合组在对照组基础上应用厚朴三物汤加减,对比两组治疗后患者肠鸣音恢复时间和首次排便时间,血浆D-乳酸、内毒素水平及两组的疗效。结果治疗后联合组的肠鸣音恢复时间及排便时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组的血浆D-乳酸、内毒素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厚朴三物汤可缩短气机壅滞型不完全肠梗患者恢复时间,降低血浆D-乳酸、内毒素水平,提高疗效。Objective To observe the Houpo Sanwu Decoction on patients with qi stagnation syndrome.Methods Eighty-five incomplete intestinal obstruction patients with qi stagnation syndrome were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and combined group(43 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the combined group was treated with Houpp Sanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The recovery time of intestinal ringing,the first defecation time,plasma D-lactic acid,endotoxin and the curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time and defecation time of the combined group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of D-lactic acid and endotoxin in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of combined group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Houpo Sanwu decoction can shorten the recovery time,reduce the plasma D-lactic acid and endotoxin level,and improve the curative effect.
