富血小板血浆复合自体髂骨治疗骨不连的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察富血小板血浆复合自体髂骨治疗骨不连的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年7月到齐齐哈尔市第一医接受治疗的5例骨不连患者,观察其骨性愈合时间、临床愈合时间、术后半年肘关节活动度指标。结果治疗结束,5例患者切口均未见渗液、渗血、红肿等炎性症状,12~16 d后作拆线处理,均属甲级愈合。骨性愈合时间指标为(5.27±0.85)月,临床愈合时间指标为(3.62±0.38)月。结论富血小板血浆复合自体髂骨方法可有效改善骨不连患者预后,提升患者愈合能力。Objective To observe the effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with autologous humerus in the treatment of nonunion.Methods Five patients with nonunion who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled.The bone healing time,clinical healing time,and elbow joint mobility index were observed.Results At the end of treatment,there were no inflammatory symptoms such as exudate,oozing,redness and swelling in the incision of 5 patients.After 12~16 days,they were treated with suture removal,and all belonged to grade A healing.The bone healing time index was 5.27±0.85 months,and the clinical healing time index was 3.62±0.38 months.Conclusion The method of platelet-rich plasma combined with autologous tibia can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with nonunion and improve the healing ability of patients.
