养胃冲剂联合三联疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨养胃冲剂联合三联疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月习水县人民医院收治的76例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组38例。两组患者均接受养胃冲剂治疗,研究组患者加用三联疗法。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、Hp转阴率和复发率。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率和转阴率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率和复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养胃冲剂联合三联疗法能够明显提高慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床治疗效果,增加治疗安全性,改善患者预后,降低疾病复发概率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yangwei Granule combined with triple therapy in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Seventy-six patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomLy divided into control group and study group,38 per group.Both groups were treated with Yangwei Granule,and the study group was received triple therapy additionally.The total effective rate,adverse reaction,Hp negative conversion rate,and recurrence incidence of patients in the two group were compared.Results The total effective rate and Hp negative conversion rate of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction and recurrence incidence in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangwei Granule combined with triple therapy can significantly improve the clinical effect,increase the safety of treatment,and improve the prognosis for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.
