摘　　要：在中药现代化进程中,建立相应的生物活性模型,对药物的化学成分的研究进行全程监控和追踪,从中筛选出与其功能主治相关的有效活性成分,研究其药理作用及作用机制,可以更有效地寻找到一些毒性较低,具有开发新药前景的先导化合物。本文对壮族民间抗肝炎植物药进行了初步的研究和调查,并对其中的鸡骨草、拳卷地钱和狗肝菜护肝作用进行了初步的研究。In the process of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,the corresponding biological activity model is established,and the research on the chemical composition of the drug is monitored and traced in the whole process.The effective active ingredients related to its function and treatment are screened out,and the pharmacological action and mechanism of action can be studied,which can be more effective.Look for some lead compounds that are less toxic and have prospects for developing new drugs.In this paper,preli minary research and investigation on Zhuang folk antihepatitis botanicals were carried out,and preli minary research on the effects of Abrus cantoniensis,Marchantia subintegra Mitt and Strobilanthes tetraspermus liver protection was carried out.
