达英-35治疗绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血予以达英-35治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月至2019年2月延长县中医医院收治的50例绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血患者,随机分为常规组和研究组,各25例。常规组予以炔诺酮治疗,研究组予以达英-35治疗,持续治疗3周。观察并比较两组临床疗效、出血控制、出血停止时间、不良反应发生情况和治疗前后子宫内膜厚度。结果研究组总有效率为96.00%,高于常规组的76.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组出血控制时间短于常规组,出血停止时间短于出血时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,研究组子宫内膜厚度为(1.31±0.18)cm,常规组为(1.34±0.20)cm,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度减至(0.61±0.19)cm低于本组治疗前和同期常规组的(0.80±0.23)cm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血予以达英-35可在短时间内控制病情并促使疾病转归,扼制子宫内膜的增生,且不良反应发生率低,兼具有效性和安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Da Ying-35 in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding during menopausal transition.Methods A total of 50 patients with menopausal transitional functional uterine bleeding admitted to the Extension Hospital of Chinese Medicine from February 2015 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the study group,25 cases each.The routine group was treated with norethisterone,and the study group received Da Ying-35 treatment for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,bleeding control,bleeding stop time,adverse reaction occurrence and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding control time of the study group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the bleeding stop time was shorter than the bleeding time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was(1.31±0.18)cm,and that of the conventional group was(1.34±0.20)cm.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was reduced.(0.61±0.19)cm was lower than(0.80±0.23)cm before and during the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The menopausal transitional functional uterine bleeding with Da Ying-35 can control the disease and promote the disease in a short period of time,control the proliferation of endometrium,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,both effective and safe.
