米索前列醇与戊酸雌二醇在绝经后妇女宫内节育器取出术前宫颈准备中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析宫内节育器取出术前联合应用米索前列醇与戊酸雌二醇作宫颈准备的效果。方法选取320例行宫内节育器取出术的绝经后妇女,观察术中宫颈软化效果和疼痛感以及一次取器成功率。结果患者节育器放置时间多为26~30年,绝经时间多为3~5年;宫颈软化显效率为85.00%,有效率为15.00%,无痛率为73.44%,轻度疼痛率为26.56%;患者顺利取器率为88.75%,节育器完整率为83.13%,一次取器成功率为100.00%。结论米索前列醇联合戊酸雌二醇用于绝经妇女宫内节育器取出术前宫颈准备,能够切实软化宫颈,缓解疼痛感,提高一次取器成功率。Objective To analyze the effect of misoprostol combined with estradiol valerate in cervical preparation before removal of intrauterine device(IUD).Methods Totally 320 postmenopausal women who underwent IUD removal were selected to study the effect of cervical softening,pain and the success rate of one-time IUD removal.Results Most of the IUDs were placed for 26~30 years and menopause lasted for 3~5 years.The marked efficiency of cervical softening was 85.00%,the effective rate was 15.00%,the painless rate was 73.44%,and the mild pain rate was 26.56%.The successful rate of IUD removal was 88.75%,the complete rate of IUD was 83.13%,and the successful rate of one-time IUD removal was 100.00%.Conclusion Misoprostol combined with estradiol valerate can effectively soften the cervix,relieve pain and improve the success rate of one-time removal of IUD in postmenopausal women.
