静脉溶栓与PCI联合治疗急性前壁心肌梗死合并室速室颤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察静脉溶栓联合PCI在治疗急性前壁心肌梗死合并室速室颤中的临床效果。方法将70例急性前壁心肌梗死合并室速室颤患者分为对照组与研究组,对照组患者采用PCI治疗;研究组患者采用静脉溶栓联合PCI进行治疗;对比两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后左心室射血功能情况。结果研究组患者在ST段下移、胸痛症状缓解率以及IRA再通率均优于对照组;而研究组患者左心室射血功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉溶栓联合PCI在治疗急性前壁心肌梗死合并室速室颤患者中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis combined with PCI in the treatment of acute anterior wall myocardial infarction with ventricular tachycardia fibrillation.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction combined with ventricular tachycardia fibrillation were divided into control group and study group.Patients in the study group were treated with intravenous thrombolysis combined with PCI.The clinical efficacy and left ventricular ejection function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the study group were superior to those in the control group in ST segment descending,chest pain symptom remission rate and IRA recanalization rate.The left ventricular ejection function of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis combined with PCI has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction combined with ventricular tachycardia fibrillation,and can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
