振腹疗法改善冠心病伴抑郁状态患者临床症状的研究

摘　　要：目的观察振腹疗法改善冠心病伴抑郁状态患者的精神状态等临床症状的作用。方法选取冠心病伴抑郁状态的患者72例,随机分为对照组与治疗组。两组均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上应用振腹疗法操作治疗。疗程为2周,分别在0周、2周、4周3个时间点观察两组患者抑郁量表评分(PHQ-9评分)和中医症状分级量化评分的情况。结果两组患者治疗后PHQ-9评分、中医症状分级量化评分比治疗前均有改善(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组相比,治疗组中PHQ-9评分、中医症状分级量化评分比对照组改善效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上采用振腹疗法治疗冠心病伴抑郁状态的患者,可以明显改善患者抑郁的精神状态,改善冠心病伴抑郁状态患者的临床症状。Objective To observe the effect of abdominal vibration therapy in improving the mental state and other clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and depression.Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by depression were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment group was treated with additional abdominal vibration therapy on the basis of routine western medicine.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The Depression Scale score(PHQ-9 score)and symptom grading of the two groups were observed at 3 time points,i.e.0,2 and 4 weeks,respectively.Results After treatment,the PHQ-9 score and quantified score of TCM symptoms in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the PHQ-9 score and quantified score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were more effective than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Vibrating Abdomen Therapy based on the conventional Western medicine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with depression can significantly improve the mental state of patients with depression,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease with depression.
