摘  要:绿色设计理念在工业产品和建筑设计中得到了广泛运用,但在填海工程中应用较少。科伦坡港口城项目是位于“一带一路”关键节点国家斯里兰卡的大型人工岛填海工程,在该项目中以“安全”“节能”“生态”的绿色设计理念为指引,充分结合环境评估与工程研究,完成了工程选址、总体平面布置优化、优化运河布置,通过功能分析采用低窄堤顶式防波堤,在施工中根据现场情况及时变更设计方案,达到了节约、经济、保护环境的目的。施工中通过详细的环境监测证明绿色设计的效果达到了预期,取得良好的环境效益和社会效应。The concept of green design is widely used in industrial products and architectural design,but the application experience is less in sea reclamation engineering.Colombo port city project is a large artificial island reclamation project,which locates in Sri Lanka,the key node country of“the Belt and the Road”.We apply the green design idea of safe,energy-saving and ecological as guideline,fully combine with environmental assessment and engineering research to determine the location selection,overall layout,canal layout optimization,and adopt low and narrow crest type of breakwater through functional requirements analysis.According to the actual sit situation,we conduct design changes in time to achieve the destination of save economy and environmental protection.The detailed environmental monitoring during the construction period proves that the effect of green design has reached the expected level and achieved good environmental benefits and social effects.
