环渤海地区港口LNG运输特点及泊位合理通过能力研究

摘　　要：基于对环渤海地区天然气消费现状和供应格局的分析,指出环渤海地区海运进口液化天然气(LNG)在冬季需求集中、LNG泊位淡旺季利用不均衡等运输特点。根据区域LNG运输特点和现状泊位利用率情况,进一步分淡、旺季对LNG泊位利用率进行了细化研究。结合沿海LNG船型发展现状及发展趋势,对LNG泊位通过能力计算参数进行设计。在此基础上测算出近中期环渤海地区LNG接收站泊位通过能力达500万~550万t较为合理,并提出未来泊位能力挖潜方向。研究结论可对区域LNG相关港口规划和设计工作提供参考依据。Based on the analysis of current consumption situation and supply pattern of natural gas around Bohai region,this paper proposes that the LNG maritime import concentrated in winter in this area and LNG berth utilization extremely imbalanced during winter and other seasons.According to the characteristics of regional LNG transportation and the current utilization rate of berths,the utilization rate of LNG berths is further studied in detail in the season of dilution and peak season.Combined with the development status and trend of LNG vessel type,calculation parameters of throughput capacity of LNG berth are designed.On this basis,it is reasonable to calculate the throughput capacity of a LNG berth around Bohai region in the near and medium term,which is 5 million to 5.5 million tons,and put forward the direction of potential tapping of berth capacity in the future.The conclusion of this study can provide reference for the planning and design of regional LNG terminal.
