摘　　要：介绍板坯连铸机凝固末端强冷模式的原理。在八钢4#连铸机250mm断面上进行的静态凝固末端水量强冷试验表明:该模式需建立在稳态浇注的前提条件下,此时板坯内部的中心偏析级别有所改善,内部中心线裂纹封锁率降低,而板坯的表面纵裂及角裂率略有升高,总体效果理想。This paper describes the principles and efficacy of static solidification ends strong cooling technology for the slab caster.The experimental results of water cooling at the end of static solidification on section 250 of No.4 continuous caster of Bayi Steel,show that the model needs to be built on the premise of steady-state pouring,and at this time the central segregation level inside the slab is improved,the internal center line crack blocking rate is reduced,how ever the surface longitudinal crack and corner crack blocking rate of the slab slightly increased.The overall effect is fine.
