摘　　要：房地产企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,它对社会经济的发展起着一定的推动作用。项目管理流程是房地产开发项目实施的重要保障,在很大程度上影响着项目的实施结果。本文首先对房地产开发项目的管理流程及其现状进行描述,然后分析当前流程化管理中存在的问题,最后提出优化方案,并对实施效果进行分析,具有一定的意义。Real estate enterprises are an important part of the national economy,and it plays a certain role in promoting the development of social economy.The project management process is an important guarantee for the implementation of real estate development projects,which greatly affects the implementation results of the project.This paper first describes the management process and current status of real estate development projects,then analyzes the problems existing in current process management,and finally proposes optimization plans and analyzes the implementation effects,which has certain significance.
