摘 要:背靠强大的旅游品牌,资源非优区有望从中分得一杯羹的同时,难免会遭遇"灯下黑"困境,苏州市相城区黄埭镇冯梦龙村便是如此。依托"冯梦龙"这一文化IP,该村本该具有得天独厚的发展优势,但由于其旅游开发时间尚短,配套设施不完善,营销路径较为单一等问题,冯梦龙村很难享受到整个苏州大市的旅游发展红利。本文从后发优势理论入手,在综合分析冯梦龙村现有条件,借鉴国内外先进发展经验的基础上,初步探索其发展路径。Backed by a strong tourism brand,resource non-optimal areas are expected to get a piece of the best,while inevitably encounter the"black under the light"dilemma.So it is with Fengmenlong Village,Huangdai Town,Xiangcheng District,Suzhou City.Relying on the cultural IP of"Fengmenglong",the village should have a unique development advantage.However,due to its short development time,imperfect supporting facilities and relatively simple marketing path,it is difficult for Fengmenglong Village to enjoy the tourism development bonus of the entire Suzhou market.This paper starts from the theory of late-comer advantage,and comprehensively analyzes the existing conditions of Fengmenglong Village and draws on the development experience at home and abroad to explore its development path.
