虚拟物流中心的构建与功能探析

摘　　要：随着通信技术、信息技术和网络技术的发展,物流行业在第三方物流的基础上衍生出新的物流组织形式"第四方物流",并渐渐成为一种主流的物流运作方式。虚拟物流中心是"第四方物流"具体的依托和表现形式。本文首先分析"第四方物流"的含义,然后再研究基于第四方物流的虚拟物流中心的含义,最后分析虚拟物流中心的具体功能,最后从运作模式的角度具体研究虚拟物流中心的功能。With the development of communication technology,information technology and network technology,the logistics industry has developed a new logistics organization form"fourth-party logistics"based on third-party logistics,and has gradually become a mainstream logistics operation mode.The virtual logistics center is the specific support and expression form of"fourth-party logistics".This paper first analyzes the meaning of"fourth-party logistics",studies the meaning of virtual logistics center based on fourth party logistics,then analyzes the specific functions of virtual logistics center,and finally studies the function of virtual logistics center from the perspective of operation mode.
