摘　　要：目的探讨横切顺皮纹与Z成形内眦赘皮矫正术的临床疗效。方法按照手术方式不同,将55例患者分为横切顺皮纹组(n=28)和Z成形组(n=27)。比较2组瘢痕美容评估与评级(SCAR)量表、温哥华瘢痕评价(VSS)量表、观测者与患者的总体满意度及手术时间。结果2组SCAR量表、VSS量表、观测者与患者的总体满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),横切顺皮纹组手术时间优于Z成形术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论横切顺皮纹与Z成形术的内眦赘皮矫正术具有相同疗效,并且横切顺皮纹的内眦赘皮矫正术具有手术时间短,患者痛苦更少等优势,值得推广。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects between transsection along the dermatoglyph epicanthal plasty and Z shaping epicanthal plasty.Methods According to different surgical methods,55 patients were divided into transsection along the dermatoglyph epicanthal plasty group(n=28)and Z shaping epicanthal plasty group(n=27).The SCAR assessment scale,VSS assessment scale,the overall satisfaction degree of patients and observers as well as operation time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in SCAR assessment scale,VSS assessment scale,the overall satisfaction degree of patients and observers between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time in transsection along the dermatoglyph epicanthal plasty group was superior to that in Z shaping epicanthal plasty group(P<0.05).Conclusion The transsection along the dermatoglyph epicanthal plasty and Z shaping epicanthal plasty can ontain the same therapeutic effects,moreover,the former has the advantages of shorter operation time,less pain,therefor,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
