快速康复健康教育执行单对恶性梗阻性黄疸LPD患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨应用快速康复健康教育执行单对恶性梗阻性黄疸行腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD)患者疾病康复的影响。方法将100例拟行LPD的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用科室常规健康教育执行单进行宣教指导;观察组在常规健康教育执行单基础上,增加科室快速康复健康教育执行单。评价2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、焦虑程度、生活自理能力(ADL)、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、术后住院时间和满意度。结果观察组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、焦虑程度、ADL、疼痛程度评分、并发症发生情况、术后住院时间和满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用快速康复健康教育执行单对恶性梗阻性黄疸行LPD患者实施护理可有效促进胃肠功能恢复,改善焦虑程度,提高生活自理能力,有效缓解恶性梗阻性黄疸行胰十二指肠切除患者术后疼痛程度,使得并发症发生率明显降低,且缩短住院时间,提高了患者满意度,对患者快速康复起到至关重要的作用。Objective To investigate the effects of rapid rehabilitation health education executive list on the rehabilitation of patients with malignant obstructive jaundice after laparoscopic pancreato-duodenectomy(LPD).Methods One hundred patients who underwent LPD were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The patients in control group were treated by department routine health education executive list after LPD,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by rapid rehabilitation health education executive list.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery status,anxiety degree,self-care ability(ADL),pain degree,the incidence rate of complications,postoperative hospital stay and satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery status,anxiety degree,ADL,pain degree,the incidence rate of complications,postoperative hospital stay and satisfaction degree in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation health education executive list can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the degree of anxiety,improve self-care ability,effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with malignant obstructive jaundice after LPD,which can decrease the incidence rate of complications significantly,and shorten the length of staying in hospital and improve the satisfaction degree of patients,it is crucial for the rapid recovery of patients.
